Well, I'm back in the 5-1-8 (and a side note, that people from the Capital Region have been calling this area as the 5-1-8 for much longer than anyone from any other parts of the state) and things are going well. I did some painting with my stepdad today, followed by a nice visit to my former place of employment, www.downtownalbany.org which is where I worked all last summer. Downtown Albany has been making great strides in recent years, and it's worth checking out.
My brother Matt is currently on a flight to Germany right now (12:50 am) and should be arriving in Berlin in a few hours. He's spending his third trimester in Freiberg. I'm jealous, because I never had that opportunity. But I also wouldn't trade being part of the Blue Wave for anything in the world, so in the end it evens out.
Tonight I went to an artist "space" in Troy where we saw some interesting movies. They were basically 3-5 minute music video's. Some were good, others...not as much. But something different non-the-less.
Nothing else new and exciting. More resume/job/searching/bullshit to do tomorrow. Always a good time, knowing that a million other people are looking at the same job. And I also watched the Office on NBC which I thought was decent. But my friends tell me that the British version is hysterical. More to come tomorrow.
