Dozin' at the Knick...

1) My friend Heath has started a blog. It is linked on the side. Read it.

2) And P.A.T.... we were waiting in line, not on it. My mistake. Although, you seem to have the time to comment on my blog... perhaps a new blog entry on your part is in order. I'm just saying.

3) School seems to have slowed down slightly. Not to say that it isn't there, but I'm at a point where I feel confident in my abilities academically. This year has been more discussion based than the past. We have papers, and I have had a grand total of 2 quizzes all semester, but you better know you business when you come to class.

4) This past Saturday night, I went to the Palace with my brother, and his friend Jude to see the Dark Star Orchestra. The closest thing to seeing the Dead for me was when they reunited back in 2003 and I saw them at SPAC. To be honest, I wasn't all that impressed. DSO was much better.

For those of you not familiar with DSO, they are a Grateful Dead cover band, who literally picks a show that the Dead have played, and cover it song for song. The show they picked was from 6/27/1984. I realized that I still have so much GD music to listen to. I knew probably 65% of the songs. I've rarely seen a band able to whip an audience up like the Help is on the way->Slipknot->Franklin's Tower I experienced on Saturday night.
