1) This past weekend I went to Geneseo for a "surprise" alumni visit. It was great to see old friends, hang out with my cousin, spend some time reliving my youth, and "surprise" the current team. I can't help but to really think of myself as old. As I was telling a few of the current swimmers, I'm going to be 26 in two weeks. Not exactly turning back the clock. My body let me know this yesterday on my drive home.
2) Tonight Sandy and I volunteered at the city mission for their dinner service. We try to go once a week, and they seem to really like us. Tonight was the first night that we've been where they've been very short on volunteers. Once we walked in, they were relieved.

You don't qualify as "old." I am older than you. If you're old, then I'm old. And that's unacceptable.
