1) Last week I was able to spend the week at Camp Fowler. It was an interesting week, spending time with a bunch of 13-15 year olds. My cabin was unique. They got along alright, minus a few problems here and there. It was great to spend time up in the Adirondacks though. I forgot how much I missed swimming in the lake, and just walking and seeing trees all around.
2) Right before I left, I ended up buying a new car. The Saab was just unreliable, and needed more money than it was worth to keep it going. With my new position, I can't question if my car is going to start in the morning. Or breakdown in the middle of a trip. There is a chance I will be doing some traveling, and will need a more dependable car. I opted for a Hyundai Elantra. It came equipped with Sirius/XM radio that is free for 3 months. I'm already hooked
