1) I am now currently back in the Eastern Time Zone. So far, so good. My new rotation with my job is going well. One thing that I enjoy is being able to exercise during my lunch break. I am lucky enough to have a work out facility in my new building. This is something that I've never had before, but I feel like it breaks up my day, and I also don't seem to get tired in the afternoon after working out.

2) After having my wisdom teeth out, I knew the few days following would not be fun. But I ended up having an awful throat infection. My lymph nodes on my neck and under my jaw were swollen. And on top of that, I looked like a chipmunk and couldn't open my mouth more than a few centimeters. I hadn't been in that much pain since contracting mono in college. My oral surgeon put me on a strong anti-biotic that cleared up the infection. I was also given oxycodone for the pain. Stuff makes you feel incredible.

3) Sandy flew out to drive back with me. We had planned on a fun road-trip, but my stupid throat infection delayed it. Regardless, we were able to spend a fun weekend with PJ and Katie in Pittsburgh. We ate some real good food, walked around a great ethnic neighborhood, spent too much time looking for pants for me, and had some good laughs. Pittsburgh has a lot of really cool neighborhoods.
