1) I don't like always closing on the weekends. Especially Saturday's I guess. But I'm also kinda used to it. So I don't mind it.
2) They renovated Bombers. It's different, and nice. It is more open, and to a certain extent, not as indie-rock-hipsterish. Which I kinda liked about the place. Goodbye hook.
3) Nothing else to really report on. The new car has unexpected problems which pisses me off a little, but like the rest of life, I'll deal. I kinda want to try skiing again, but with the weather so warm, I'm told it isn't even worth it.
4) A minute on my recent subbing escapades. This past Thursday I subbed in Saratoga, a real Suburban-Council school, and I enjoyed it. It wasn't Shaker, and that's ok, but I am now beginning to see what a big deal it was to go to Shaker. I was much more comfortable at Saratoga (opposed to the other schools), and felt more relaxed and in my element. Yes, there is a difference between the suburban school and rural/urban. I am beginning to realize why people pay higher taxes to live in certain areas.
