I've got soul but I'm not a soldier

1) This week I played Oregon Trail for the first time in probably 13 years. What a great game. And I remember playing it on Apple IIE's.

2) My first Saturday night home in a while now, and it's been nice to relax.

3) I watched my "Jack Johnson and Friends" DVD today that I got for X-Mas and it's brilliant. Jack is easily one of my favorite musicians and a great singer/songwriter. His music has such a laid-back groovy feel, yet still full of energy. I must say that "In Between Dreams" was probably my most listened to CD of 2005. He is one artist that I would like to see in 2006.

4) I also started to read Swimming To Antarctica by Lynne Cox. A book about a long distance swimmer. Right up my alley.

5) A slower paced week coming up, with some skiing on the horizon. I haven't skied in probably 6 years, but I'm excited to try it out again.
