1) Besides seeing lots of races past our apartment, there have also been parades. Last weekend we went to the Gay Pride Parade that was right by our place on the hill. A real strong showing by a lot of people, and it was great to see so many people so happy.

2) I recently listened to them again, and their music not only takes me back, but also makes me think about what they represented. Love them or hate them, the movement and culture surrounding them was something very unique that many bands have attempted to replicate, and fallen on their faces. "Discovering" them in the 9th grade was literally like entering a new world. As good as the Dave Matthews Band was for me, the energy surrounding not only the music, but everything about them was and still is indescribable.

Rumors haven't been this strong since the break-up (I'm not saying hiatus, because there isn't any reason to). Trey is cleaner than he's been in a while. I've heard through a pretty tight line of people that they have talked about performing again. Will it be the same?

3) I'm beginning to get more acclimated to my job. I was told that it takes 3 months to really feel settled in a place, and that's about how long it has been for me. For a long time I was absolutely clueless on what I was doing. I'm beginning to have a better feel now, however there is still a lot for me to learn.

4) I have noticed patterns that my life follows 4 year cycles. More on this at a later date.
