1) It's been a while. I've been busy. This past weekend Sandra came to visit. We had a great time.
2) My job is going well. Last week we went out to dinner in Nolita (North of Little Italy) for the holidays. The food was terrific. My dish was very hot coming right out of the oven. That's something that I have noticed I really enjoy: my hot foods hot, and cold foods cold. It was also nice to talk with my co-workers in a non-work context.
3) I had a discussion with a co-worker about the Gap last week. We shared many of the same views on why the Gap has been successful in the past, and what it might take to keep the Gap as one of the most identifiable brands in the world. It is interesting looking back on my experience with a different set of eyes than some people have after learning about branding/media type stuff in college.
4) My December mix is done. Sometimes it is easy to make these mixes. Other times, I have problems. So far the response has been pretty positive.
5) Not to discuss the weather, but really, it is warm. I mean, 57 degrees in the middle of December? I don't really mind the cold weather that much. The wind annoys me.
