1) My post yesterday took me over an hour to write. The reason is because while I was writing it, Sandy was watching the movie, "The Namesake" in the same room. I wasn't interested at first, but after a few minutes I started watching, and it was a very good, yet somewhat predictable story. It revolves around an Indian-American family and a boy's identity crisis in relation to his name.
2) This weekend I made my first mix in about six months. Some good songs I feel. Definitely one of the better ones I've put together.
3) I was summoned for jury duty a few weeks ago. I was supposed to report this morning. However, when I called this weekend I was told not to report Monday (due to my number being high enough). But that doesn't mean I won't have to go in tomorrow.
This system is frustrating. They should just have everyone come in Monday, figure out who they need, and then let people go on their merry way. Now I have to check each evening this week to see if I need to come in the next day. A mess.
4) The weather has turned cold again. Snowy, the way winter should be.
