I want the dub version

1) Even though we live in the city, it tends to get quiet by around midnight. That is not to say that there aren't cars streaming by, or sirens going off. But overall, it's a lot quieter than I imagined. This makes voices carry clearly through the stillness. Last night, around 4am, I was awoken by a man screaming profanity outside. Apparently he had broken up with his girlfriend, but she was still giving him problems. I rolled over and went back to sleep, but this morning Sandy said it was a real funny argument. I have a mental picture of a huge dude with a blowout and boot-cut jeans screaming at a little tan girl.

2) Prior to this incident last night, we went out to dinner with our good family friends. We tend to get together during the holidays, and this year we met up at Brown's Brew Pub in Troy. It's right next to Revolution Hall, a well known music venue. I had some real good Brown Ale (real brown ale, not a special ale named after the restaurant). Normally when we buy beer for our apartment, I like to buy Saranac, supporting local (Utica), you know? But I found out that they are bottling their beer now. I'm going to have to start supporting Brown's. Being more local than Utica and all.

They dod growlers as well if your into that sort of thing. You invest in a few growlers and then just pick the beers you want! You can do this at the pump station and at New Holland when you make the trip out there! I digg growlers! Hope your holidays were great and I'll see you soon hopefully!
