1) This weekend I volunteered at our church's antique show. I baked two chocolate pudding pies, and made vegetable soup. I was worried about the pies. They had sixty pies baked, so I worried that mine wouldn't be able to hold up. Needless to say, on Saturday when I went to help clean up, mine were crossed off the list meaning they had been sold.
2) School begins on Wednesday. Game time.
3) I've been reading this good sight about Albany www.alloveralbany.com I feel like living around here a lot of people complain that there isn't much to do. I think that's bullshit. There's plenty to do around here.
4) I decided not to watch The City. Sandy is into it, and I've watched The Hills. It's all just running into each other. TV seems to have lost most of it's luster to me. I think living without cable has been a great move. If I want to watch a tele show, I NetFlix, and watch it quickly sans commercials. Most recently, the first season of Extras. I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. At times I felt like it was awkward for the sake of being awkward. Unlike The Office (British) which was awkward in a more relatable/funny way.
