And then there is no mystery left

1) Happy April. It's raining.

2) Last week I bought Rilo Kiley's "More Adventurous" cd. A very good listen. After seeing this band open for Coldplay last September, they left a good impression. Over the last few months, I have begun to hear "buzz" about them. It is difficult to pin-point where exactly. But, you know, a friend casually mentions them, you see their name on an online review, but, its "buzz". I was discussing this (the "buzz" factor, and the band) with a friend of mine last week, and she said that it happened with her and another band. It is tough to see why, but this is what PR professional want.

There are a few songs on the album that could definitely, and should, be getting some sort of radio play. Even if on EQX, there are some hooks that have been in my head for a week.

And also, one of the guys in the band was on the tv show Boy Meets World. He was the skinny punk. The bigger punk is now on My Name is Earl.

3) I feel like I'm at a point in my life where I need to start prioritizing/condensing. I've made a pile of clothes I don't want, I've taken people off my buddy list I never talk with, and taken names out of my cell phone. Maybe it's the whole "spring cleaning" mentality that I have, but I feel like eliminating clutter. I'm sure it will come back eventually, but for right now, less is feeling like more.

4) Somehow we had this cinnamon/honey buttery spread in our house this week. I don't know who brought it home, but it was delicious.
